Biographies
Stephen is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. He holds a Master of Laws degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Cape Town, a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University, South Africa, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
Stephen has over fourteen years' experience practising law across a wide array of organisations, including a leading law firm, a corporate setting and a development finance institution. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya, the East African Law Society, the Institute of Directors of Kenya and the International Bar Association, among other professional bodies.
Hellen is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Certified Secretary and an Accredited Governance Auditor. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Moi University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, and is a practising member of the Institute of Certified Secretaries.
A legal and corporate affairs professional with over eighteen years of progressive experience, Hellen provides strategic legal advisory across multinational corporations, public sector institutions and the private sector. Her expertise spans corporate and commercial law, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, contract negotiation and management, legal risk management, mergers and acquisitions, company restructuring, joint ventures, employment law, intellectual property, ESG compliance, real estate and conveyancing, stakeholder engagement and company secretarial practice.
She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya, the East Africa Law Society and the Institute of Certified Secretaries.
Sheila is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law.
Sheila has vast experience in civil litigation and dispute resolution, having handled complex litigation matters in commercial law, land law, succession law, family law, employment law and debt recovery, among others. She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the Federation of Women Lawyers in Kenya.
Duncan Okari is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya holding a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
He has experience across commercial and corporate law, regulatory compliance, conveyancing, banking and securities perfection, data privacy and protection law, immigration law, intellectual property law and real estate transactions. Duncan has a strong commitment to client satisfaction, leveraging a strategic mindset to navigate legal challenges and deliver solutions aligned with the client's objectives.
Lennox Njogu is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya specialising in corporate and commercial law, with expertise in energy, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate transactions.
He has over three years of experience at Gatama & Associates LLP, advising clients in the renewable energy and banking sectors on high-value contracts and regulatory compliance. He holds an LL.M in European and International Business Law from the University of Debrecen, a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law, and an LL.B from Riara University. Lennox is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East Africa Law Society.
